We would love to show you around our Nursery. If you would like to book a visit, please complete the form below to request a visit. During your visit you will be able to ask all the questions you may have.
If you would like to register your child with The Lodge Day Nursery then please complete the registration form below, together with a £85 registration fee to Lodge Day Nursery, Sort Code 309455 Account Number 13338062 using your child’s name as the reference via your bank.
Please also indicate on the session requirements section when you would like your little one to attend. We require a minimum of three attendances per week, or a minimum of 15 hours, to allow your child to settle, unless otherwise agreed prior to booking sessions.
